Dr. Stephon Fitzpatrick is a non-traditional agriculture professional with over 20 years of experience working within various spaces of the agriculture industry that includes: state and federal governments, higher education, and non-profit sectors. Dr. FItzpatrick has become a distinguished expert on organizational culture and change management, with a remarkable career dedicated to transforming agricultural industries. His innovative strategies and profound insights have significantly enhanced the efficiency and resilience of agricultural organizations and communities across the country.
A product of three Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Dr. Fitzpatrick has dedicated his education and life’s work to advocating and uplifting the experiences, successes, and challenges faced by underrepresented populations throughout the agriculture industry. Fitzpatrick has become a leading change agent in advocating for diverse, equitable, accessible, and inclusive strategic initiatives in agriculture. He previously served as the National President of MANRRS, working with this premier organization to promote the academic and professional advancement of minorities in agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences.
