Nikki Davis leads the company’s global business operations in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She is responsible for understanding the unique complexity and evolution of digital farming in the agriculture industry while guiding the company’s business and support functions by providing strategic direction, leadership, and day-to-day operational support. Nikki oversees information technology, external partnerships, portfolio governance, communications, and sustainability functions.
In her previous role, Nikki served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Science Officer & Senior Director of Science Strategy Operations, where she was responsible for aligning and integrating digital objectives across the enterprise to drive innovation and strategic goals within the organization.
Before joining Climate, Nikki served as the Director of Strategy and Operations for legacy Monsanto, now Bayer Crop Science’s Plant Biotechnology R&D (Research & Development) function, responsible for aligning Biotech’s priorities with the company’s strategic objectives.
She also held the position of Assistant General Counsel of Intellectual Property, where she guided the overall direction and management for intellectual property matters, including patents, trade secrets, and technology licensing.
Before joining Monsanto, Nikki was an associate at Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius LLP in the Intellectual Property practice. She has a Juris Doctorate of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
