He later transitioned into corporate HR strategy and analytics leadership roles through a series of M&A driven transactions across startup, mid-size, Fortune 500, and Fortune 100 companies in Technology, Healthcare, Pharma, Government, and now Agribusiness industries.
In his current role with Bunge, Kevin leads the HR Strategy and Insights function, encompassing People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Strategy, and Project Management Office (PMO). He is also responsible for the HR technology strategy, leveraging his expertise in AI, RPA, and Data Science to drive innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiencies. Additionally, Kevin leads the HR M&A Center of Excellence, executing and coordinating all HR activities essential during M&A transactions.
