Kacey Toews grew up in rural Kansas on a cow-calf and row crop operation and was heavily involved in 4-H and FFA. After earning her bachelor’s degree in animal science from Fort Hays State University.
She has spent her career dedicated to talent acquisition and client management, working across various sectors of the agriculture industry, and is currently a senior associate practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search, leading the crop protection & nutrition sector within the Agriculture & Food Practice.
Kacey lives in rural Kansas with her husband, Clay, and two children: Stetson and Hazen. She enjoys watching sports (go KU and Chiefs!), spending time outdoors, and helping her husband run his livestock business.
