Jennifer Walker is an accomplished human resources leader, c-suite business partner and communications executive with a twenty-year record of leading and motivating high-performing teams – across North America, Latin America, Europe & Asia-Pacific – within a world-class Fortune 100 company.
Over the course of her career, Jennifer has had direct accountability for leading HR efforts inside ADM that drove the key growth engines for future organization success, including professional leadership and development programs, employee engagement programs, large-scale ERP implementations and organizational change management. During her time at ADM, she served in several leadership roles, including oversight for enterprise change management, HR strategy, HR operations, HR information systems, corporate services and fleet management, global HR communications and global internal communications.
As a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, Jennifer was a founding member of Together We Grow: Feeding the Future, a consortium of modern food and agriculture companies, NGOs, members of academia, and the USDA who have united to focus on building a skilled, diverse, and inclusive workforce to make American agriculture a leader for generations to come. She is also a past Women in Food and Agriculture Advisory Board member.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and English literature, with a minor in political science, as well as a Master of Science degree in communications from Illinois State University at Normal, Illinois.
